Cédric Mutz

Cédric Mutz is a Partner at the firm and serves as Head of Portfolio Performance. Based in Zürich, he is responsible for Fund Operations and the Finance Specialists. With over 20 years of international experience in M&A, corporate finance, and investment management, he brings deep expertise in driving transactions and performance across diverse assets and portfolios.

Throughout his career, Cédric has held leadership roles in both industry and venture capital, working with global leaders in chemicals, materials, and energy. His expertise spans a wide range of business models across manufacturing and software, with a strong track record in complex transactions, strategic execution, and value creation. His venture capital experience includes several board positions and the co-founding of a software startup.

Born and raised in Switzerland to a French mother and Austrian father, Cédric is fluent in five languages and brings a truly international perspective to his work. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Master’s degrees in Management from the London School of Economics and Duke University.
