Hayet Hammana

Hayet Hammana is a Fund Operations Manager at Emerald Technology Ventures, where she is responsible for fund reporting, valuations and investor relations across the firm's venture capital funds and mandates. Her remit spans preparing investor reporting, valuing venture capital investments, managing the annual audit process, monitoring portfolio company and fund KPIs, and overseeing fund liquidity. Hayet brings over 10 years of experience across portfolio accounting, valuation oversight and investor reporting within leading asset management, banking and venture environments, with more recent exposure to venture capital secondaries and private markets in Africa-focused fund structuring.

Prior to joining Emerald, Hayet focused on the nascent African venture secondary market through Africa Bridge, alongside several advisory mandates via Consult2H — supporting family offices, asset managers, VC fund, and founders across Africa and Europe. Before that, she spent over six years at Pictet Asset Management in Geneva, first as an Investment Manager in Thematic Equities, where she conducted bottom-up analysis and built valuation models and ESG frameworks, and prior to that in Portfolio Accounting, where she controlled fund valuation, handled cash and position reconciliation, and led several process automations. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Data & Securities Analyst at Edmond de Rothschild and Deutsche Bank in Geneva, and as a Junior Portfolio Manager for FX Overlay Strategies at BNP Paribas in Paris.

Hayet holds a Master degree in Portfolio Management from IAE Paris-Est. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from IUT 2 Grenoble. She has passed Level II of the CFA Program. Hayet is fluent in French and English.
