Monika Wodzynski

Based in our Zurich office, Monika is the Head of People Experience for Emerald Technology Ventures. She is in charge of all aspects of the employee’s journey – from how we recruit, onboard, grow and retain our people to how we say goodbye.

Prior to joining Emerald, Monika was the Chief People Officer at Loylogic Group. As the first person globally responsible for HR, she designed, implemented, and continuously improved all the people and culture frameworks that addressed the needs of a growing company. Prior to that, she held various roles within the HR field and worked as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist and Recruiter.

Monika holds a Master of Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. She is fluent in Polish, English and German.
