Harry Seah

Harry Seah is the Chief Technology Officer of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. He leads a team that coordinates the research and development initiatives in PUB, and supports PUB’s mission through technology, innovation, industry, partnership, expertise development and introduction of best practices.
Mr Seah is also the Director of Technology Development of Environmental and Water Industry (EWI) Programme Office, an inter-agency set-up to spearhead the development of the environment and water industry.
