Based in our Toronto office, Eleanor is Emerald’s Customer Success Assistant. Working in collaboration with the rest of the Emerald team, she supports the development of Emerald’s corporate customer relationships. Following the customer journey from as early as initial introductions, Eleanor helps coordinate the different calls, presentations, and potential investor’s due diligence of Emerald. Once a corporate becomes an investor, Eleanor remains a familiar face by developing Emerald’s investor KPI reporting, and supporting our investment team to deliver high quality strategic services that accelerate their corporate venturing and open innovation goals.
Prior to joining Emerald, Eleanor was the Client Relationship Management Coordinator at IMCO (Investment Management Company of Ontario). At IMCO, Eleanor was a central figure to all client interactions, in charge of scheduling all client and prospective client meetings, as well as coordinating and supporting the preparation of presentations and financial reports. When not working on client matters, Eleanor became famous within the company for her work on templates, databases, and task automation, combining the three wherever possible to ease workloads and increase data quality. Most notably, Eleanor was a key figure in the design of IMCO’s corporate KPI metrics and built the company’s CRM database from scratch.
Eleanor studied Classics and Creative Writing at the Universities of Dalhousie and King’s College.
