Lindsay Hamilton

Based in our Toronto office, Lindsay is a Corporate Finance and M&A specialist. Her expertise centers on the investment process, which encompasses due diligence, valuation, structuring, and exits.

Before joining Emerald, Lindsay was a key member of the Corporate Development team at Dentalcorp, Canada’s largest network of dental practices. In this role, she was actively involved in the due diligence and execution of over 50 M&A transactions.

Lindsay also has substantial experience in Audit and Assurance, with roles at Deloitte LLP and Crowe Soberman. These positions allowed her to develop a strong foundation in financial analysis and compliance, serving clients across diverse industries including manufacturing and asset management.

Lindsay is a graduate of Western University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Studies with Honours. She also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
