Madjiguène Ndiaye
Investment Manager - Finance
Based in our Zurich office, Madjiguène Ndiaye is currently a Corporate Finance and M&A specialist with Emerald Technology Ventures focusing on the investment process encompassing due diligence, valuation, structuring and exits.
Before joining Emerald, Madjiguène worked as a Venture Builder and Finance Associate at Persistent Energy Capital AG and – prior to that – as a Private Equity Senior Analyst at Impact Investing firm Oikocredit, based in Africa. For several years, she has been involved in evaluating investment opportunities and participated in the origination, execution and closing of equity transactions, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence. Madjiguène also held positions in financial analysis, audit, and consulting working at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, EY and 8advisory in Paris.
Madjiguène holds a Master’s degree in Management and Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School in France. She is fluent in French, English and Wolof.
