Marta Jerica

Marta Jerica, FCCA, is the Fund Operations Manager at Emerald Technology Ventures. At Emerald, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of all Emerald funds, collaborating closely with other teams, and managing external service providers. In her role, she is directly responsible for financial reporting, fund administration, portfolio valuations, tax, and investor relations.

Marta has ten years of experience in the private equity and venture capital industry. Before joining Emerald, she worked at PwC in various roles within their Guernsey and Zurich offices, focusing primarily on private equity and venture capital clients in audit and advisory practices.

Marta holds a first-class honors Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
