Thuy-Linh Uong

Based in our Zurich office, Thuy-Linh is a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager, working closely with the senior leadership on various strategic initiatives for Emerald Technology Ventures. Her role encompasses a variety of areas and responsibilities, from advancing internal ways of working across our three locations, to supporting the further development of new business for our Venture Capital activities globally.

Prior to joining Emerald, Thuy-Linh gained valuable experience in both Venture Capital – as a Senior Investment Associate at Lightbird, investing in early-stage B2B software startups across Europe – and Strategy & Operations – as a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, collaborating with large corporate clients on their most pressing strategic and operational goals – now combining both roles into her responsibilities at Emerald.

Thuy-Linh holds a MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford (Said Business School) and a BA in International Affairs from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
